MoonInMental provides digital ceremonial guidance, ceremonies, and related content through our online platform. By purchasing or requesting services, you agree to the following terms:

 
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing from MoonInMental, you agree to these Terms of Service. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding contracts. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our services.

 
Service Description
MoonInMental offers custom seven-night digital ceremonies. Each ceremony is built from your natal chart and delivered in a structured PDF/Notion guide. No physical goods are shipped.

 
Booking and Payments
All standard bookings are processed securely through Payhip (Stripe and PayPal).
Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
Once payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions to email your birth details to [email protected].
You must provide:

Birth date (MM/DD/YYYY)
Birth time (12-hour format with AM/PM)
Birth location (city, state, country)
Your chosen topic (select one from the 12 options: Love & Relationships, Creativity & Expression, Decision Making & Mental Clarity, Self-Worth & Identity, Energy, Rest & Burnout Recovery, Emotional Healing & Trauma Recovery, Spiritual Clarity & Connection, Business & Career Alignment, Money & Cashflow, Purpose & Direction, Visibility & Confidence, Nervous System Regulation)
 
Delivery Timeline
Your ceremony will be handcrafted and delivered digitally within 5 business days of receiving your completed birth details.

 
Refund Policy
Because each ceremony is custom-made, all sales are final. Exceptions may only be made if work on your ceremony has not yet begun.

 
Sacred Exchange (Barter Agreements)
Definition
Sacred Exchange means offering approved skills, services, or local labor in place of cash payment for MoonInMental ceremonies. Sacred Exchange is by manual approval only and subject to availability.

Examples of Accepted Exchange

Creative Work → Graphic design, branding, video editing, photography, landscape design with native plants
Audio & Video Engineering → Custom frequency soundtracks, meditation/affirmation production, ceremony video editing
Digital & Business Support → Virtual assistant/admin hours, accounting/bookkeeping, affiliate/vendor sourcing, database curation (including works cited of experts), contracts/legal review, grant/funding research
Community & Visibility → PR outreach, influencer collaborations, event support, community moderation
Local Care & Infrastructure (Orlando & Seminole County only) → House/car cleaning, errands, meal prep, paver work, tree & stump removal, geothermal cooling consultation, well digging, gardening/landscape maintenance
Process

To request Sacred Exchange, email [email protected] with subject line: Sacred Exchange Request.
Include the ceremony you wish to receive, the skill/service you are offering, and examples or a clear description of your work.
Requests are reviewed for alignment. If accepted, the agreement will be confirmed in writing before any services are delivered.
Sacred Exchange availability is limited. Not all offers will be accepted.
Ownership & Rights (Barter Deliverables)
All creative, audio, video, or digital deliverables provided under Sacred Exchange must grant MoonInMental full rights of use and distribution. This includes frequency soundtracks, meditations, ceremony videos, graphics, or any digital tools created.

Taxes
Both monetary payments and barter transactions are legally considered taxable income. By engaging in Sacred Exchange, you acknowledge responsibility for any required reporting.

 
Intellectual Property & Use of Materials
All MoonInMental ceremonies, guides, and curated content are original intellectual property. By purchasing a ceremony, you are granted personal use only.

You may not:

Share, redistribute, resell, or publish your ceremony materials.
Present MoonInMental content as your own creation.
Use ceremony materials for commercial, coaching, or teaching purposes without written permission.
All rights remain the exclusive property of MoonInMental.

 
Privacy & Data Protection
Your birth data is used solely to create your ceremony. It is never shared, sold, or stored beyond the delivery process, except as required by law.

 
Disclaimer
Ceremonies are designed for personal growth and clarity. They are not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or financial advice. Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

Governing Law
MoonInMental operates digitally worldwide, with its principal business registration in the State of Delaware, USA. All legal matters are governed by Delaware law.
